Cannot access Gateway remotely

I am trying to connect to wazigate remotely to see logs buts it’s returning ‘gateway timeout’ yet I can access then connected to the same network as gateway using pc…

The gateway is also indicating its not connected yet its transmitting data.
What could be the issue?

I have the same issue …was there any solution provided in the meantime?

Have you already configure your gateway to be connected to your account in the cloud? You can find it under “Sync” menu in the wazigate dashboard

You should be able to access your Gateway now.
